<第一次在日本國際會議擔任座長>
日本小児皮膚科学会で開催されたJTK(JAPAN-TAIWAN-KOREA)conferenceに参加・発表してきました。
本日、日本で初めて司会を務めさせていただきます楊と申します。どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

今天是我第一次在日本擔任主持，請大家多多指教
我參加了由日本教授主辦的兒童過敏專家學術研究會議，深刻體會到日本人做事一絲不苟、非常嚴謹。無論是場地安排還是流程設計都非常周到細緻，讓人印象深刻。會議期間也有許多熱烈討論，專家們積極交流，讓我受益良多，是一場內容豐富且啟發性極高的學術盛會。

Your leadership and vision were instrumental in making this international event a great success. It was a true privilege for our team to attend and contribute, and we are sincerely grateful for the opportunity.
在本次 JTK 國際兒童過敏免疫會議中擔任座長的過程中，我運用生成式人工智慧（Generative AI）ChatGPT 來提升主持品質與學術討論的深度。
會議前，我針對三位報告者的演講摘要進行準備，將其摘要內容上傳至 ChatGPT，並下達精準提示（prompt），
如：「作為一位免疫學者（As an immunologist）」、
「作為一位臨床過敏專科醫師（As a clinical allergist）」等角色設定，藉此要求 ChatGPT 以專業視角解析報告內容，並生成三個具挑戰性且具啟發性的提問。
此方法的關鍵在於 prompt 設計。針對不同主題（如 SCCA2 在異位性皮膚炎Biomarker 的應用、A Paediatric Case of Severe Atopic Dermatitis with Prurigo Nodularis Successfully Treated with Nemolizumab as Second-line Therapy），
我會根據報告摘要的核心架構，要求 ChatGPT 協助分析背景、方法、結果與臨床意涵，並特別強調應涵蓋以下類型問題：
（1）關於機制的深度探索問題（mechanistic insight），
（2）與臨床應用/轉譯相關的實務挑戰（translational implication），
（3）針對研究設計的批判性提問（critical appraisal of study design）。
這樣的流程不僅節省了準備時間，更強化了主持人對報告內容的理解與整合能力，能夠在會議中提出具邏輯架構、引導討論、並促進跨國學者互動的高品質提問。實際運用中，
我認為這樣的數位工具整合對於會議主持、臨床教育與學術引導極具潛力。
未來我也希望能推廣這樣的流程給更多年輕學者與座長使用，讓 AI 成為我們學術對話中的智慧助理，強化國際會議的深度與影響力。
I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Dr.Clyde F. Ito for his exceptional hospitality and unwavering support during our visit to Japan for the JTK Pediatric Allergy Symposium and the 49th JSPD meeting. From the moment we arrived, Dr. Ito went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. He generously guided us “up the mountains and down to the sea,” ensuring that we experienced not only the academic highlights of the meetings but also the cultural richness and natural beauty of Nikko and Tokyo.
Throughout the trip, Dr. Ito was constantly attentive to our needs, whether arranging transport, recommending local delicacies, or making sure we were comfortable at every step. His warm presence, thoughtful coordination, and sincere friendship made a lasting impression on all of us. It was evident that he had meticulously planned every detail to ensure that our experience was smooth, meaningful, and memorable.
Dr. Ito truly embodied the spirit of Japanese hospitality, and we are deeply grateful for the kindness and care he extended to our entire team. We look forward to future collaborations and hope to return the favor when we welcome him to Taiwan. Thank you, Dr. Clyde F. Ito!
