這次大會的主題:

以創新，探索，進化的方法，從過敏疾病的源頭創造未來 (楊醫師翻譯)

Creating the future by looking at the origin of allergies: Innovation, exploration, evolution

It is my greatest honor to be invited to join the prestigious conference in Tokyo, Japan The 68^th JAPANESE SOCIETY OF ALLERGOLOGY 2019 Conference. This conference was held in Tokyo, Japan. I do not know how to express my appreciation to Prof. Takao Fujisawa and Prof. Donald Leung comments.

I would also like to show my deep gratitude towards Dr. WANG Jiu Yao (President of TAAACI), Dr. Donald Leung (Chair), and the conference committee for their wonderful comments and kindness.

Donald Y M Leung, PhD, is an allergist and immunologist at National Jewish Health. Dr. Leung serves as Division Head of Pediatric Allergy and Clinical Immunology.

這次很榮幸參加日本過敏疾病重量級的會議：第六十八屆日本國際過敏國際會議(JAPANESE SOCIETY OF ALLERGOLOGY 2019)。本次會議在日本東京舉行。十分感謝王志堯教授指定我到這個會議口頭報告。在此也要感謝Takao Fujisawa 理事長(APAAACI理事長及會議座長)、Donald Leung教授 (座長)、以及全體大會委員會的邀請和熱情款待。

In my presentation, I introduced Taiwan big data health care research to Japanese, Korean and Hong Kong friends, especially the importance of real-world health care data of Taiwan. As a doctor in Taiwan, it is my responsibility and honor to promote Taiwan in the international occasions. I truly believe this is a successful academic diplomacy. In addition, I would like to show my gratitude to Prof. Jiu Yao Wang and Prof. James Wei CC for their instructions and supports, which are the foundation of the success of my presentation.

這次會議上，我特地利用這個機會介紹台灣的大數據研究給日本，韓國、美國的友人認識。相信許多日本、美國、韓國醫師對台灣會有深刻印象。身為台灣的醫師，在難得的國際場合推廣台灣是責無旁貸，我深信這是一個成功的學術外交，也為此感到自豪與驕傲。另外，感謝成大王志堯教授及中山醫大免疫風濕科魏正宗教授主任的一直以來的支持與指導，讓我有機會將台灣的經驗分享給國際友人。

During the 7-minute oral presentation, I was very pleased to share our experience of chronic urticaria. Many pediatricians in the conference showed a great interest in our outcomes of treatment and the research of impact of chronic urticaria on autoimmune diseases.  I would like to thank the Japanese doctors and chair who gave me valuable feedback. That was a wonderful academic communication. To be honest, I am the one who has learned most through this conference.

在七分鐘的演說中，我分享我們發現慢性尋麻疹與紅斑狼蒼的研究成果。大會上許多兒科醫生對我們的治療感到極大的興趣。十分感謝這些醫師的寶貴意見，這是一個相當好的學術交流。雖然我是上台報告的醫生，但其實我才是這次會議收穫最大的人。

I had realized the high quality of medicine in Japan, but it was not until last week when I joined the conference that I became aware of the medical advance in Japan. Besides, I was quite surprised with the terrific way the committee held the conference, which reflects their positive attitude towards advances in allergic diseases.  I really enjoy the atmosphere of the conference. I congratulate the conference organizers warmly on the success of the conference. I sincerely hope doctors in Japan, Korea, United Kingdom, USA and Taiwan will keep in touch, and I also welcome further discussion on any issue in Pediatrics and rheumatology field in the future.

過去已經耳聞日本的醫療水準很不錯，但直到上週我參加了這個會議，才知道日本在這幾年兒童過敏疾病照顧方面及智慧醫療有相當大的進展。另外，我很欽佩大會的用心，整個會議有聲有色，除了講者主題很吸引人，內容也頗具深度，從精準醫學、個人化醫學、過敏疾病最新的免疫療法。我相當享受整場會議的氣氛，在此恭喜主辦單位此次會議舉辦地如此成功。衷心期盼日本、韓國、英國、美國和台灣的醫生能繼續保持聯繫，未來在兒童過敏疾病及風濕疾病領域的任何問題也隨時歡迎進一步討論。

This is my sixth trip in Japan as well as the most unforgettable experience of attending international conferences.

這是我到日本的第六次，也是我參加國際會議以來最難忘的經歷。

楊樹文醫師近三年重要的導師:

一、魏正宗教授

魏老師是我中山醫學研究所博士班的指導教授。

魏老師教我如何診斷及治療免疫風濕疾病，如何以臨床醫師的角度，以台灣的大數據資料，加上嚴謹的世代研究的方法，有深度地展開研究。魏老師是我的偶像，也是我醫學事業的典範。魏老師以美式的教育方式授課，教我如何上台報告，如何回答論文投稿及審稿的問題，如何腳踏實地、積極、科學的方式，作出跟別人不一樣的研究，並鼓勵我積極參與會議，貼海報、口頭發表研究。

二、王志堯教授

“台敏醫學會應可從過敏科醫師的養成及訓練規畫開始，培養種子人才進行長期性的講習及實作，訂定過敏專科評鑑的標準，以為在各大教學醫院成立過敏科為本學會的最大目標。實際上，台敏醫學會已是亞太過敏氣喘免疫學會的成員國及代表學會。過敏性疾病不只在世界，也在亞太地區成為最常見的慢性疾病。我們台灣過去對過敏性疾病的研究在世界上佔有重要的地位，展望未來，我們需要更多的國際合作及區域交流，我們也更需要引領我們下一代的年輕醫師加入我們的行列，在我們構建出來的國際學術性舞台，發熱發光!”

王教授教我如何以兒童過敏免疫科的醫師，以兒童氣喘、兒童異位皮膚炎的兩大主題，深入研究。王教授一直苦口婆心，鼓勵我們這一代的年輕醫師要多走出去，在國際學術性舞台上多發表論文，積極與國外學者討論，發問關鍵的問題。王教授希望我們中生代，為台灣兒童過敏氣喘免疫發熱發光。

感謝許多日本、美國、香港、韓國朋友的寶貴意見，這是一個相當好的學術交流。

In conclusion:

This is an awesome and amazing meeting. I met NEJM editor (Gary Wong), JACI editor and many famous professors, researches in allergy diseases.

This meeting provided the topic of onset and prevention of allergy-related diseases, the science behind severe asthma and application to treatment based on mechanisms, diagnosis and treatment of atopic dermatitis, pitfalls of medical treatment for food allergies. Most importantly, the brain storming amongs ENT, ophthamologist, dermatologist, pulmonologist, pediatrician. Looking forward to joing future collaboration.

結語:

這是一個收獲滿滿，非常棒的會議。 我與NEJM編輯（Gary Wong），JACI編輯和許多著名的教授，能夠與大師見面，當面請教大師。因為只看大師的論文，加上面對面問出關鍵的問題。這種志同道合的氛圍，因此我有很大的感觸。會議結束後，我會持續專研過敏性疾病，把最新的治療帶給我照顧的病人。

這次會議的演講提供了過敏相關疾病的發病和預防，嚴重氣喘背後的科學以及異位皮膚炎的機制，診斷和治療的應用，食物過敏的診斷及治療陷阱。

最重要的是，耳鼻喉科、眼科、皮膚科、內科、胸腔科、兒科醫師在學術上互動的討論。
